Job Description:
· Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
· Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
· Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
· Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA teams, and business users.
· Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), process flows, and use cases.
· Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
· Analyze business data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
· Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
· Monitor project progress and help manage risks, issues, and change requests.
· Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives and quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
· 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
· Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with SQL for data analysis.
· Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
· Knowledge of BPMN, UML, or process mapping.
· Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Salary : $40 - $45
