Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Business Consultant with 7-10 years of consulting, finance, or transformation experience. This role involves supporting the scoping and development of organizational transformation projects, utilizing data to generate strategic insights, and driving key initiatives while forming strong business partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, including organizational design, employee data analysis, and expense analysis, and will support process and value stream mapping of key workflows.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Strategy and Transformation Planning: Engage with clients to understand their business and build credible relationships. Gather and analyze relevant data, conduct client interviews, and observe operations. Identify and catalog problems, challenges, risks, and opportunities. Facilitate the development of value creation programs and establish governance processes. Manage multiple concurrent tasks effectively with a sense of urgency. Value Creation Execution: Create reports and presentations to communicate findings to client management. Define requirements for tools, systems, and processes; recommend design improvements. Utilize operational and financial data analysis to support transformation solutions. Develop business partnerships with key leaders and stakeholders. Work hands-on until future state procedural workstreams are established and functioning. Foster a support network among peers to empower career development. Required Experience and Skills: 7 to 10 years of experience in management consulting, professional services, or industry. Proven critical thinking skills; ability to identify data gaps and develop sound recommendations. An entrepreneurial mindset to collaborate with clients and design effective solutions. Exemplary skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel for data analysis and modeling. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings effectively. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or Finance is required. Master’s degree is preferred.
