Audio Visual Repair Technician

$35.00/hour (Overtime available)

At Synergetic, we make our clients look great in front of a lot of important people. To do that, our equipment has to come back from events, get checked in properly, repaired when needed, and returned to the shelf ready for the next show. We’re looking for a Repair Technician to own that process and keep our warehouse running smoothly.

This is a hands-on, in-office role based in our warehouse. There are no work-from-home options for this position.

We are looking for an experienced A/V Repair & QC Technician to help ensure our equipment is event-ready, repaired quickly, and maintained to the standards our clients expect.

This is not simply a repair position.

This role is responsible for helping maximize equipment readiness, reducing downtime, improving inventory reliability, and making sure equipment leaves the warehouse in the best possible condition.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for managing out-of-commission equipment, coordinating repairs, maintaining quality control schedules, and ensuring our inventory is operating at a professional standard.

The ideal candidate enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, and taking ownership.
