What You'll Do
- Provide hormone replacement therapy, weight management, and wellness care
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Manage follow-up care and monitor patient progress
- Educate patients on treatment protocols, wellness, and lifestyle optimization
- Collaborate with the Center Director, Medical Director, and clinic team
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinic protocols
- Provide coverage and support across assigned clinic locations as needed
- Active Oklahoma NP or PA license in good standing and unencumbered
- Current DEA license
- Current OBNDD license
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- A positive, team-oriented approach
- Availability to complete 2 weeks (10 consecutive business days) of paid training, Monday-Friday during clinic hours
