Key ResponsibilitiesProvide hormone replacement, weight management, and targeted wellness care
Conduct patient assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and follow-up care
Educate patients on wellness, treatment protocols, and lifestyle optimization
Collaborate with Center Director, Medical Director, and clinic staff
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with clinic protocols
Active Arkansas NP or PA license in good standing
Current DEA license or ability to obtain
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
Ability to work in both Little Rock & Hot Springs clinics
32 clinical hours per week
Clinical shifts: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
Minimum 2 Saturdays/month required
Monday or Wednesday coverage possible with advanced notice, may swap a Saturday or another day as long as weekly hours remain 32
Standard hours: Mon 8–5 | Tues 8–7 | Wed 8–1 | Thurs 7–5 | Fri 8–5 | Sat 8–12
Salary: $105,000
