Overview
We are a closed-door, mail-order sterile compounding pharmacy located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, proudly serving patients across 25 states. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy clerk to support our growing multistate operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and patient-focused environment while contributing to a dynamic and supportive team culture.
Village Lane provides high-quality hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and exceptional patient care. Our mission is to make treatments accessible and convenient, delivering prescriptions discreetly to patients’ homes. We specialize in compounding a variety of medications, including GLP-1 formulations, bioidentical hormone pellets, estrogen and progesterone creams, and specialty face creams to help manage side effects of HRT. Additionally, we offer a range of therapies related to hormone replacement and weight management.
Responsibilities
Communicate and plan shipments
Update medical records systems
Perform in a fast-paced production environment under the supervision of the Pharmacist
Fold and build medication boxes
Pack and ship prescriptions with a high level of scrutiny, attention to detail, and accuracy
Respond to questions from healthcare providers, clinics, and pharmacy personnel
Assist with tracking, responding, and forwarding emails related to patient prescriptions
Answer the phone and transfer calls effectively
Provide exemplary customer service with a willingness to meet customer needs
Unpack deliveries and maintain an organized workspace
Assist with Inventory of supplies
Comply with HIPPA
Qualifications
Highschool Diploma or GED
Knowledge of maintaining a Pharmacy Inventory
Proficient computer skills including use of basic software (internet, e-mail).
Possess a strong work ethic and high level of professionalism.
Types a minimum of 30 WPM
Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 6AM – 3PM
