What You'll Do

As a Medical Assistant, you'll work closely with our providers and clinical team to deliver an excellent experience from the moment a patient walks through the door.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Recording manual vital signs
  • Performing routine blood draws and phlebotomy
  • Administering intramuscular and subcutaneous injections according to provider direction
  • Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Performing laboratory quality control checks
  • Running in-house laboratory testing and preparing specimens for outside facilities
  • Assisting with inventory management, ordering, and supply organization
  • Supporting front desk operations when needed
  • Building positive, professional relationships with patients and providers
  • Helping create a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and cared for
The Person We're Looking For

What You'll Need
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification preferred
  • At least 3 months of relevant medical experience involving phlebotomy, injections, vitals, or similar clinical responsibilities OR completion of a 180-hour externship
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Venipuncture and injection experience highly preferred
  • Flexible availability, including some evenings and Saturdays
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
Clinic Hours
  • Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
