Job Title: Oracle E-Business Suite Techno - Functional Consultant
Location: Mt Juliet, Tennessee (Fully Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Experience: 12 Years
We are seeking an Onsite Techno - Functional Consultant. The desired candidate will work as part of the Supply Chain Operations Technology team to process user assistance tickets that require in-depth functional and some technical knowledge and working experience of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
Responsibilities:
Possesses Functional and some Technical knowledge and expertise of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) in discrete manufacturing and Warehouse Management modules.
Have a good knowledge of Integration frameworks – API, File transfer protocol .
Provide capability to support Warehouse Operations team- SIT, UAT and go live
Provide technical assistance and solution delivery to Product Team and Operations leadership
Create Change Requests as necessary for interim and/or permanent solution as applicable solution. (Experience with tools like Service now, JIRA are desirable)
Review Technical Design Documents and code to understand and gain knowledge about the functionalities of different EBS components.
Being able to run SQL scripts to be able to understand production issues
Interact with Customer and 3rd party teams for IT issue resolution
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Experience investigating, researching, and resolving production issues and performing Root Cause Analysis
Experience in requirements analysis, solution design, documentation
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environments.
PL/SQL Development experience and skills
