Uniform Sales & Service Representative

Job Duties & Responsibilities
-Generate new business through prospecting, lead generation, client presentations, proposals, and securing long-term uniform service agreements.
-Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying upselling opportunities, negotiating contract renewals, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
-Conduct regular client site visits, oversee uniform inventories and utilization, resolve service issues, and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer expectations.
-Maintain accurate CRM records, submit daily sales and service activity reports, monitor account profitability, and achieve annual revenue and gross margin goals.
Requirements
-3-5 years of successful experience in sales, account management, marketing, or customer service.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
-Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
-Valid ability to travel extensively to customer locations, including occasional overnight stays; reliable transportation, a personal vehicle, and a cell phone are required.
Preferences
-Experience in healthcare, healthcare laundry, uniform services, or a related industry.
-Bachelor's degree and/or experience using Salesforce or other CRM software.
