Chief Inspector/Director of Quality - (FAA 145 Repair Station)

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and oversee inspection personnel to ensure compliance with FAA Part 145 standards
- Witness, validate, and approve acceptance testing for serviced components
- Ensure all inspections, documentation, and records are accurate, complete, and audit-ready
- Serve as primary liaison with FAA representatives and support regulatory compliance initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License, Repairman Certificate, or eligibility upon hire
- Minimum 5 years in FAA Part 145 Repair Station 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel required) and process documentation
- Ability to interpret technical regulations, solve complex problems, and manage procedures
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience with ERP systems (Quantum Control preferred)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Engineering, or Quality-related field
