Key Responsibilities * Analyze complex business operations, financial data, and market trends to support executive decision-making and organizational planning. * Develop business cases for new programs, process improvements, and investments in defense, aerospace, and other market sectors. * Supporting activities with cross-functional teams that will require collaboration with engineering, operations, supply chain, and leadership to assess project profitability and identify efficiencies. * Prepare technical reports, executive dashboards, and presentations to communicate key insights to senior staff & leadership. * Support organizational development initiatives, such as partnerships and government contract strategies. * Conduct assessments to compare internal processes with industry standards and identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation. * Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting systems to provide accurate, timely business intelligence. Required Qualifications * Bachelor"s degree in business administration, economics, data analytics, or a related field. * 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within aerospace, defense, or highly regulated environments. * Expertise in financial modeling, operational analysis, process improvement, and data analytics using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar. * Experience collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives. * Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex data to various stakeholders. * Understanding of industry-specific regulatory, operational, and supply chain considerations in aerospace and defense. * Professional certifications (CBAP, Six Sigma, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, & Microsoft Project) as well as familiarity with ERP/MRP systems are highly regarded. Preferred Skills * Prior experience working on government contracts, defense programs, or commercial aerospace projects. * Ability to lead process standardization, drive strategic alignment, and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.
