Responsibilities
Lead project teams and manage the development of construction documents
Coordinate with internal and external consultants to ensure design integration
Maintain direct client relationships and lead project meetings
Apply knowledge of building and zoning codes to varied market sectors
Provide mentorship to junior design staff and oversee project progress
Qualifications
Bachelor of Architecture degree
5 to 8 years of professional experience
Excellent BIM and Revit skills
Experience in healthcare, education, corporate, or industrial markets is desirable
Architectural Registration is preferred or candidate must be working toward registration
LEED accreditation is a plus
