Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple financial consultants and team members
* Manage calendars, schedule client meetings, and coordinate internal appointments
* Arrange and coordinate travel accommodations and logistics
* Prepare and organize meeting materials, minutes, reports, and client documentation
Qualifications
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role; experience with professional services firm preferred
* Experience coordinating executive-level travel arrangements and managing detailed itineraries
* Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
