A well-established manufacturing company is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate, timely reporting across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily accounting operations across AP, AR, and general ledger
• Manage cost accounting, monthly close, reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring
• Lead invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and account reconciliations
• Resolve discrepancies and maintain strong communication with internal teams and customers
• Prepare and review financial reports and submissions
• Coordinate with international partners and internal stakeholders
• Oversee credit management, vendor setup, and financial systems maintenance
• Identify and implement process improvements across accounting workflows
Qualifications:
• Experience in an Accounting Lead, Senior Accountant, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, and general ledger functions
• Experience working with ERP or accounting systems
• Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday (8am–4pm or 9am–5pm)
• Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field
