Talent Acquisition Specialist - ContractResponsibilities:- Manage and facilitate the full life-cycle talent acquisition process through collaboration and partnering with internal and external stakeholders- Drive results through the improvement of talent acquisition KPIs as they relate to time to present the hired candidate, quality of hire, and diversity in candidate slates and interview teams- Strive for operational excellence in the TA function, and educate HR Partners, and hiring teams on the process, expectations, and goals for TA- Build individual and functional credibility as a strategic value adding business partner to stakeholders by using market data and TA process education- Identify creative and innovative ways to source and attract quality candidates for hard to fill niche roles in the geographiesRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field- 3 years of full lifecycle experience in Talent Acquisition. Experience with Engineering, Skilled Trades, IT, Finance roles, etc. Experience with non-exempt and exempt roles- Experience using sourcing and marketing tools- Previous experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)- Proficiency with MS Office, including Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.- SHRM, AIRS, PHR, or similar certifications are a plus, but not required.#ZRCH
