Run an inventory Warehouse for an HVAC and Plumbing company
Manage truck stock: setup, replenishment, cycle counts/full counts, and inventory swaps to support growth
Improve technician efficiency by optimizing the parts request and part runner dispatch process
Maintain up-to-date material pricing and monitor vendor pricing trends
Strengthen and manage local vendor relationships in alignment with regional purchasing strategy
Oversee asset tracking for tools and vehicles; maintain clear records and accountability
Support fleet activities including vehicle fit-outs/upfitting, procurement coordination, and disposal processes
Lead purchasing workflows: purchase orders, receiving, material returns, and warranty returns
Coordinate install support by staging equipment/materials and ensuring timely fulfillment for crews
Direct warehouse staff daily to streamline operations and maximize throughput
Establish goals and KPIs for warehouse team members; monitor performance and coach for results
Conduct regular 1:1s with staff and reinforce expectations for safety, quality, and accuracy
Assist with annual budgeting, expense control, and meeting operational targets
Coordinate deliveries to/from job sites and help staff respond to urgent field material needs
Track vehicle maintenance schedules, repairs, and related documentation
Manage tool maintenance/repairs and tool/equipment check-in/check-out processes
Keep the facility clean, organized, and audit-ready; enforce consistent warehouse safety practices
