Immediate 1st Shift HVAC Maintenance Mechanic opening in Greer, SC!Interview and Start ASAP!Hours:1st Shift, Sunday thru Thursday - 6am to 2:30pmStarting pay up to $35-43/hrKey Responsibilities:HVAC Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) tasks on HVAC equipment including:Top skills: Heavy electrical knowledge, PLC experience, VFD experience, Universal EPA cert.Belt adjustments and replacementsLubrication of motors and moving partsCleaning of coils and condensate drainsBasic system performance checksDocumentation of maintenance activitiesTechnical Support: Assist senior maintenance technicians with:Complex repairs and installationsSystem troubleshooting and diagnosticsEquipment commissioning and testingEmergency response situationsGeneral Maintenance: Perform additional facility maintenance duties as assigned, including:Basic plumbing and electrical tasksBuilding systems monitoringWork order completion and documentationInventory management and tool maintenanceID:qnkTyx
