Why Syneos Health
The Laboratory Equipment Specialist I is responsible for laboratory support functions broadly or within a
particular area of specialty or concentration (e.g. Robotics) and other duties as assigned. The Laboratory
Equipment Specialist I supports the laboratory and once demonstrating competence can perform and
document any required actions independently and reliably. The Laboratory Equipment Specialist I will
perform daily tasks and other duties as assigned.

perform daily tasks and other duties as assigned.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist/Perform routine scheduled maintenance and calibration.
- Troubleshoot and rectify analytical system hardware and configuration issues.
- Perform routine housekeeping duties and support of minor facility items.
- Operate robotic equipment supporting routine sample analysis.
- Support sample management.
- Collate and submit usage logs, maintenance logs and similar documents for archive.
- Prepare reagents.
- Maintain glassware and associated lab materials to ensure cleanliness and sufficient supply.
- Package and store waste (Regulated Medical and RCRA hazardous) for transport.
- Assist with labelling and packaging
- Perform shipping receiving tasks
- Perform receptionist duties
- High School Diploma or active student.
- Demonstrate an aptitude and willingness to follow instructions.
- Reliability and punctuality for critical tasks are necessary.
- Experience in regulated environment is required.
- English level: Required bilingualism includes understanding simple messages and following
