We are looking for a Project Manager to provide operational, coordination, and project management support for strategic initiatives within a global healthcare program. In this role, you will partner with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver defined work products and maintain key knowledge systems that support ongoing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support development and maintenance of strategic plans for assigned initiatives
- Coordinate preparation, consolidation and quality check of scientific outputs, study compendia, metrics summaries and training materials
- Organize and support team meetings: prepare agendas, capture decisions, track actions and escalate issues to the client
- Monitor vendor-led deliverables, report status and risks, and escalate as required (no supervisory authority over vendors).
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to enable timely delivery of agreed deliverables.
- Maintain knowledge management (SharePoint/OneNote) and produce handover documentation at contract end.
- Support preparation of scientific communications under client review processes.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in public health, project management, health sciences or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management/operations in healthcare, pharma or research environments.
- Experience working with external vendors/partners and operating in a matrix environment.
- Strong organization, documentation and communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneNote and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable operating under direction, managing ambiguity and escalating appropriately.
- Hybrid Durham site attendance as required.
