- Source candidates through the Syneos Health ATS, job boards, and social media
- Screen and interview candidates
- Manage candidate progression through hiring manager interviews
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications or related field
- Recruiting or internship experience in a customer facing role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills including AI, web-based tools, MS Office skills
