We are currently seeking a Life Science Recruiter to support Technology talent acquisition initiatives across our medical device business.

We are currently seeking a Life Science Recruiter to support Technology talent acquisition initiatives across our medical device business.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and deliver top-tier talent to accelerate hiring goals.
- Partner with HR and hiring leaders to deliver a seamless, high‑touch candidate experience.
- Leverage Workday ATS and sourcing technologies to optimize workflow and pipeline visibility.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of full-cycle recruiting experience within an RPO or corporate talent acquisition environment, with prior experience supporting Technology hiring.
- Experience with Workday ATS is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building across all levels.
- Strong organizational and systems navigation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑moving environment.
- High integrity, adaptability, and ownership.
