Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Design, implement, and monitor evidence-based, individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to each client's unique goals.

  • Systematically collect, interpret, and analyze behavioral data to measure progress, adjusting treatment strategies remotely or in person as required.

  • Provide high-quality behavioral therapy utilizing proven ABA techniques to promote skill development and reduce maladaptive behaviors.

  • Partner closely with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure consistent intervention strategies across home, school, and clinical environments.

  • Maintain meticulous, up-to-date patient records, progress notes, and medical documentation in strict compliance with HIPAA regulations.

  • Educate and support families and caregivers on behavior management techniques and practical at-home strategies.

  • Ensure all clinical practices adhere to the ethical guidelines and professional standards established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Position Requirements

  • Current, active certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

  • Proven experience in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and working directly with children or individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities.

  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, with scheduling flexibility and reliable transportation required for on-site client assessments and evaluations.

  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, special education practices, and clinical documentation.

  • Proficiency in collecting behavioral data and managing electronic medical records (EMR) in compliance with HIPAA standards.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate with families.
