- Represent employers, insurers, and claims administrators in workers' compensation and related employment litigation.
- Prepare legal documents, conduct depositions, and manage case files from inception to resolution.
- Advise clients on compliance with employment, OSHA, wage, and discrimination laws.
- Appear before administrative agencies and courts to advocate for client interests.
- Collaborate with partners and team members to develop effective case strategies.
- J.D. from an accredited law school with 1-5 years of workers' compensation defense experience.
- Active membership in Oregon (required).
- Strong academic background with excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
