Job Responsibilities

- Conduct needs analyses to identify performance gaps, assess client requirements, and recommend solutions
- Apply adult learning strategies and theory
- Create eLearning modules, facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, and performance support tools
- Partner with SMEs to translate complex content into clear learning experiences.
- Demonstrated experience in designing training for adult learners
- Skills with common eLearning authoring tools, visual design tools and LMS platforms
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to absorb complex information and convert into clear objectives
- Experience with scenario-based and authentic learning
- Strong to great listener and collaborative problem-solver
- Location: Hybrid - 3 days on site at Edison office, 2 days at home
