Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.

- Technical Knowledge & Understanding: Proficiency with software development processes, technologies (e.g., APIs, cloud services, programming languages), and system architecture.
- Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and understand technical trade-offs.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Git, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Product Management & Strategy: Strong skills in product lifecycle management, from ideation through launch and iteration.
- Ability to define product vision, create roadmaps, and prioritize features based on business impact and user needs.
- Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback integration.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Capability to analyze data using tools such as SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, or product analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude).
- Use metrics and KPIs to drive product improvements and validate hypotheses.
- Comfortable with A/B testing, user behavior analysis, and interpreting technical data to inform decisions.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support.
- Skilled in managing expectations, negotiating priorities, and facilitating alignment among diverse groups.
- User-Centric Mindset & UX Understanding: Deep empathy for users and strong focus on user experience design principles.
- Ability to translate user feedback and pain points into actionable product features.
- Familiarity with UX/UI basics and working closely with design teams to deliver intuitive and engaging products.
