Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientations, and employment documentation.
- Support employee engagement, retention initiatives, and first 90-day check-ins.
- Build relationships with production associates and provide employee support.
- Partner with staffing agencies on workforce planning, performance, and retention.
- Assist with HR activities, employee records, attendance tracking, and compliance initiatives.
- Support employee relations and workplace communication.
- 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, workforce management, or employee relations.
- Experience supporting hourly manufacturing, warehouse, or production employees preferred.
- Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with onboarding, staffing partnerships, or employee engagement preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
