Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examination, and review of symptoms
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory work and imaging studies
- Develop and implement treatment plans for acute and chronic illnesses
- Prescribe medications and other treatments as needed
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, management, and treatment options
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Perform procedures such as tube feeding, gastric lavage, and administration of injections
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Valid Physician Assistant license in Florida

- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology
- Experience in case management and coordination of care
