Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Project Manager or Lead Engineer on structural projects.
- Utilize current engineering software and technology in project execution.
- Participate in business development activities.
- Ensure quality and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and develop junior structural staff.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with bridge design or transportation structure projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis required; Master's degree in Structural Engineering preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) and Structural Engineer (SE) license required.
- Proficient in MS Office, MicroStation, and structural analysis software.
