Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.

- Leads enterprise-wide Future of Work initiatives enabled by artificial intelligence (AI), automation, and advanced analytics.
- Responsible for structured program governance, disciplined execution, risk management, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Translates strategic priorities into well-defined, cross-functional transformation programs that enhance productivity, efficiency, and workforce effectiveness.
- Lead complex, multi-workstream AI-enabled Future of Work programs from initiation through implementation and stabilization, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk.
- Establish and oversee program governance structures including steering committees, reporting cadences, executive dashboards, and formal decision-making frameworks; maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Develop business cases, financial models, and ROI tracking mechanisms; manage budgets, vendor relationships, and resource planning.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to identify, prioritize, and deploy high-impact AI and automation use cases aligned with enterprise objectives and the Future of Work strategy.
- Drive enterprise change management strategies including stakeholder engagement, communications, and workforce training to ensure adoption and sustained value realization.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, regulatory requirements, and responsible AI governance in coordination with Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams.
- Prepare executive-level updates on program progress, risks, interdependencies, and realized benefits.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs.
- Experience with AI, automation, digital transformation, advanced analytics, or Future of Work initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of project management disciplines including scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk, and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence senior leadership through high-quality work products.
- Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Experience creating and managing KPIs and metrics and using insights to improve program performance.
- Expertise in advanced project/program management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
- Financial modeling and ROI tracking experience.
- Experience overseeing AI and automation implementation.
