They are expanding and seeking a
Senior Civil / Environmental Engineer
to lead design and project delivery efforts, manage client relationships, and mentor junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
- Manage Act 537 Sewage Planning, NPDES, and WQM permitting processes.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and project budgets in coordination with senior management.
- Oversee construction management and project execution for municipal and private clients.
- Conduct hydraulic modeling, feasibility studies, and environmental documentation.
- Supervise and support junior engineers, ensuring technical accuracy and project quality.
- Participate in client meetings and business development activities to grow key accounts.
Qualifications
- B.S. in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field (required).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (required).
- 10 years of experience in civil/environmental engineering or water resources.
- Strong understanding of water/wastewater treatment, sewer systems, and pumping stations.
- Proficiency in CAD, ArcGIS, and hydraulic modeling software.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be available to travel as needed.
