- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Provide strategic legal counsel to clients and develop case strategies.
- Supervise and mentor junior associates and legal staff.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent client service.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in [State].
- Minimum 7 years of family law experience with a strong litigation background.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
