Essential Responsibilities
- Quality Engineer manages QA support to the company for specific customers as assigned by the Quality Manager.
- Makes decisions regarding customer quality and guides manufacturing in these decisions.
- Provide quality engineering decisions regarding customer requirements (voice of the customer)
- Advise direction of inspectors to meet company or department goals and objectives
- Enforce & maintain product realization regarding quality requirements
- Prioritize customer work load(s)
- Contact customers regarding technical quality support
- CAPA and root cause analysis team leader
- Must be able to work outside normal working hours, overtime or alternate shifts to accommodate departmental needs when required.
- Housekeeping, filing and folder maintenance
- Updating control plans
- Gage and fixture design
- Recommend purchase of gages and other equipment for QA department use
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Quality: Quality standards must be maintained.

- Training: All required company training
- BA or BS in engineering related field, or equivalent years of work experience
- Experience in manufacturing, especially plastic injection molding is preferred
- Good technical and mechanical skills. Ability to interact with internal and external customers.

Salary : $104,000 - $130,878
