Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.

- Under general supervision oversee the completion and accuracy of the following:
- Prepare new quality agreements with various Suppliers and Clients
- Update and maintain existing quality agreements
- Upload quality agreement in document repository
- Create client quality agreement template for alignment
- Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures, and state, federal, and local laws
- Comply with all GxP and safety requirements, SOPs and company policies and procedures
- BS/BA in related field.
- Experience in supplier quality management and generating quality agreements.
- Knowledge of Quality Systems, cGMPs, ICH, EU, FDA and MHRA regulations and requirements.
- Business scientific and personal computer hardware and software applications, including advanced knowledge of word processing.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external customers orally and in writing.
- Business English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Attention to detail.
