- Drive program execution and coordination across multiple functions
- Tracking progress and deliverables
- Gathering updates from stakeholders
- Managing reporting and documentation
- Monitoring financials and program performance
- Heavy coordination with:
- Scheduling
- Design
- Construction teams
- Gas utilization
- Contractors
- Program is part of a multi-year initiative (through ~2028)
- Communicating with multiple stakeholders to collect updates
- Following up to obtain missing or delayed information
- Updating reports, metrics, and dashboards
- Preparing and delivering presentations to leadership
- Tracking program financials and progress
- Managing documentation and administrative program tasks.
- Internal program management leadership
- Highly collaborative environment

- Strong cross-functional exposure
- Standard business hours: Typically 7:00-3:30 / 7:00-4:00 (flexible to ~8-5)
- Project/program management experience
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Ability to pull and interpret data
- Stakeholder management / communication
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- SAP (preferred).
- Strong communication skills required
- Problem-solving ability

- Project/program management
- Operations or execution-focused roles
- PMP is a nice-to-have.

Salary : $69 - $80
