Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for specific technical design aspects of assigned major projects, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions that best meets the client's needs.
- Provide professional architectural consultation in the planning, design, and coordination of large complex projects.
- Independently apply advanced architectural concepts and designs.
- Carries out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques and procedures.
- Provide technical guidance to less experienced architects.
- Other related duties as assigned by Partner(s).
- Attend organization and community events as requested.
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in architecture.
- 6 years of experience as an Architect; certification as a licensed professional Architect required.
- Proficiency with BIM software (Revit preferred); 3D modeling software (SketchUp preferred); Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Creative problem solver with a passion for design and attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills, including client management, proposals, fees, etc.
- Hold a valid driver's license.
