- Lad the end-to-end delivery of projects of the Tate`s commercialization portfolio - ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and fully ready to launch.
- Operate at the intersection of agility and discipline, helping Tate`s scale with speed while upholding excellence in project delivery, and playing as a critical partner in enhancing portfolio governance.
- Manage assigned commercialization projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Lead the stage-gate process by coordinating cross-functional readiness, preparing governance documentation, and facilitating leadership decision-making at each gate.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment of deliverables across R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, Quality, Marketing, and Regulatory.
- Lead stage gate and status meetings and manage project communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Monitor and control project performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure data integrity.
- Drive continuous improvement, identifying and implementing practical solutions to enhance project delivery.
- Lead budget management, resource planning and utilization.
- This role is a key execution position in the I2M framework.
- You will play a central role in delivering initiatives that impact business performance, learning how to manage scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholders' expectations.
- This role provides an ideal foundation for career growth in project and program management.
- 2 years' experience in project coordination, execution, or product commercialization within FMCG or related industries.
- Bachelor`s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
- Foundational knowledge of project management processes and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- PMP certificate is a plus.
- MS Project knowledge is a plus.
- An ownership mindset and proactive approach to solving problems.
- Curiosity and collaboration - ready to learn and grow in a supportive team environment.
- Ability to recognize dependencies and interconnections across functional deliverables.
