Our client is seeking a 1-3 years experienced Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney in Employment Law to join their team, handling PAGA notices, complaints, and high-volume wage-and-hour case development.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Review personnel files, wage statements, and time records to identify wage-and-hour claims.
- Draft, revise, and finalize PAGA notices, complaints, and pre-litigation correspondence.
- Organize evidence, summarize records, and prepare case chronologies and analyses.
- Conduct client intake calls and manage statutes, deadlines, and communications.
- Collaborate with paralegals and staff on filings, service, document management, and projects.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active California Bar membership in good standing.
- 1-3 years' experience in employment law, class actions, PAGA, or litigation.
- Strong drafting, legal research, and proofreading skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume matters.
- Full-time role with salary range $140,000-$170,000.
