Job Overview

We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney to handle cases in both Nevada State Court and Federal Court. Prior experience working on Personal Injury cases is required. You will be expected to work on these cases independently with minimal assistance from the supervising attorney.

Skills

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience handling Personal Injury cases in Nevada
• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Empathy and ability to build relationships with clients
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment with other staff members and attorneys
  
  

License/Certification

• NV Bar License (Required)
