We are seeking experienced Litigation Paralegals with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in personal injury and/or workers' compensation. This role is ideal for detail-oriented, proactive professionals who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and can independently manage casework from intake through resolution.

- Manage a full caseload of personal injury and/or workers' compensation matters from intake through settlement or trial
- Conduct client intake interviews and maintain consistent client communication
- Organize, maintain, and update case files and supporting documentation
- Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and demand packages
- Review, summarize, and analyze medical records and billing
- Coordinate and maintain attorney calendars, including hearings, depositions, and deadlines
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, courts, and third parties
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibit preparation and case organization
- Utilize legal case management software to track and manage case progress
- Conduct legal and factual research as needed
- Ensure all work is handled with a high level of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in personal injury and/or workers' compensation
- Strong knowledge of litigation processes, deadlines, and procedures
- Experience reviewing and organizing medical records
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents and discovery
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal management software
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
