We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with 4 years of litigation experience to join a growing boutique litigation practice specializing in complex insurance coverage, commercial litigation, and subrogation recovery for the global reinsurance industry.

- Handle commercial litigation matters with minimal supervision.
- Analyze complex insurance coverage issues and prepare coverage opinions.
- Conduct extensive legal research and analysis.
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, briefs, and other litigation documents.
- Handle depositions and prepare witnesses.
- Attend and represent clients at court appearances and hearings.
- Assist with subrogation recovery actions and complex insurance disputes.
- Develop case strategy and manage matters through various stages of litigation.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other litigation professionals.
- Manage multiple matters while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality work product.
- 4 years of litigation experience.
- Experience with Insurance coverage/commercial litigation preferred.
- Strong experience analyzing complex insurance coverage issues.
- Experience preparing insurance coverage opinions.
- Demonstrated experience with motion practice, depositions, and court appearances.
- Ability to manage litigation matters with minimal supervision.
- Superior legal research and writing skills.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- New York and New Jersey Bar admission strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and case-management skills.
Salary : $150,000 - $210,000
