Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active admission to practice in Pennsylvania
- 3 years or 8 years of civil litigation experience
- Experience handling matters from inception through resolution
- For senior level candidates, experience managing cases through jury verdict preferred
- Strong motion practice, discovery, and deposition experience
- Excellent analytical and writing skills
- Insurance defense experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience handling civil litigation matters including auto liability, premises liability, construction defect, product liability, and or insurance coverage.
- Senior level attorneys with substantial trial experience are also encouraged to apply.
