Litigation Attorney

Seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing practice. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a diverse caseload that includes construction law, real estate disputes, and general civil litigation. Candidates with an interest in estate planning and family law are also encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate will have strong legal writing and interpersonal skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a genuine interest in contributing to the continued growth of a small but thriving litigation practice.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
• Take and defend depositions
• Appear in court and participate in hearings
• Assist with trial preparation and strategy
• Maintain significant client contact and case management responsibility
• This position offers immediate, hands-on responsibility and meaningful client interaction.
  
  

Qualifications

• Active admission to the State Bar of California (required)
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and client-service abilities
