- Assist in developing case strategy with supervising partner
- Draft motions, including extensive law and motion work and MSJs
- Respond to discovery and analyze case documents
- Draft detailed client reports and attend depositions
- Make court appearances and assist with trial preparation
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Member of the California Bar, in good standing
- 3-8 years of civil defense litigation experience (general liability and/or construction defect preferred)
- Proven legal writing, deposition, and case strategy skills
- Strong academic record, excellent references, and job stability
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
