Our client is seeking a full-time litigation Associate in Malvern, PA area office. This currently is a hybrid (remote/in-office) position.

Qualifications

  • Requires 3 years of experience handling an active litigation caseload
  • Independently manage cases from start to finish
  • Collaborate with attorneys and partners on legal matters
  • Attend court appearances and depositions regularly
  • Communicate with clients and provide status updates
  • Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills required
  • JD from an accredited law school is mandatory
  • Must be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania
  • Admission to New Jersey or New York bar is a plus
