We are Seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney with 3-7 years of experience to join their team in Rochester or Buffalo.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise and counsel corporate clients on labor and employment matters
  • Handle employment-related legal issues and provide strategic guidance
  • Support litigation activities (experience in employment or general litigation is a plus)

Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of relevant Labor & Employment law experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and writing skills
  • Proven ability to work with corporate clients

Compensation

  • Estimated base salary: $129,800 - $170,400, based on experience, qualifications, and skill level

Salary : $125,000 - $170,000
