Job Description
- Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- This role partners with cross-functional teams and an SI partner to define requirements, configure solutions, and integrate the CLM solution into existing workflows.
- It supports the broader CLM program, by overseeing the successful deployment, adoption, and user training of CLM across the organization.
- Oversee deployment of CLM solution, providing support in implementation, execution, and adoption in the business
- Gather and translate requirements into functional specifications for technology solutions, working closely with stakeholders including Global Process Leads (GPLs)
- Work closely with SI partner and solution vendors to ensure smooth solution delivery and deployment as well as that solution effectively addresses organizational requirements
- Oversee support of user acceptance testing and configuration
- Act as CLM product owner, define sprint features and support UAT, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
- Act as a catalyst for change and organization readiness, promoting the adoption of new processes and solutions across and assisting in the development of solution training materials, as required
- Monitor progress against key performance Indicators (KPIs) and escalate risks or issues to the CLM and GI Mod Program Leads as needed for timely resolution
- Provide guidance and support to project teams throughout the technology solution design and implementation process
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of technology solutions, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement
- Communicate regularly with program leadership and stakeholders to provide updates on technology solution development and implementation progress
- Work with lawyers/contracts
- Undergraduate law degree is helpful
- Data mapping/migration for legacy migrations experience is useful
- Technical skills
- At least 5 years of experience
- Experience implementing Icertis and documenting management advisory
- Understand the contract side of things
- Deep knowledge of Icertis
