- The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload involving international family law issues, high-conflict custody disputes, complex divorces, relocation matters, child abduction cases, and financially intricate family law matters.

- Manage a caseload involving international family law matters, including child custody disputes, divorce, relocation, child abduction, and complex financial issues.
- Develop legal strategies and oversee cases from inception through resolution.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including motions, hearings, and trials.
- Represent clients during mediations and arbitrations.
- Conduct all phases of discovery, including depositions.
- Prepare legal pleadings, motions, briefs, and other written work product.
- Perform legal research and provide strategic recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with clients while providing compassionate guidance through sensitive legal matters.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional client service.
- Participate in networking, business development, and marketing initiatives to support the continued growth of the practice.
- Active membership in the Washington State Bar.
- Minimum of 2 years of Washington family law experience.
- Experience handling family law litigation, including courtroom appearances.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent case management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
