- Draft pleadings, discovery requests, financial disclosures, and related legal documents.
- Appear before judicial officers; handle mediations, hearings, settlement negotiations, and trials.
- Collaborate with attorneys and experts to develop case strategies and achieve optimal results.
- Engage in professional development and community involvement initiatives.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership with the State Bar of California.
- Minimum 4 years of private firm family law experience.
- Ability to independently manage client matters effectively.
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills, particularly in court settings.
- Compensation depends on experience.
