What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Controls Engineer position at Synectics Inc.?

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems
  • Work with HMI, drives, and industrial automation hardware
  • Design control systems and create technical documentation
  • Support system integration, startup, and commissioning
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing automated systems
  • Assist maintenance teams with electrical and control issues
  • Work with robotics, vision systems, and material handling equipment

Requirements

  • 5 years of electrical controls/automation experience
  • Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with industrial automation systems, drives, and HMI
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently or in teams
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally

Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
