W3Global is seeking a driven and results-oriented Direct Hire Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment and contribute to business development efforts. This role blends talent acquisition expertise with client engagement and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for direct hire positions across Non-IT roles
- Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and social platforms
- Conduct screening, interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach and relationship building
- Present staffing solutions to clients, negotiate terms, and manage ongoing accounts
- Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and client needs
- Experience in recruiting, account management, or business development, preferably in a staffing or consulting environment.
- Proven success in direct hire placements and client-facing roles
- Proficiency in sourcing tools, job boards, and ATS platforms
- Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills
